Delete Your Account

You can delete your WellVitals account and all the data in it, every family member's profile included, at any time. Deleting it cannot be undone.
Delete it in the app
- Open WellVitals, tap your initials in the tab bar, then tap the settings button.
- Tap Delete account, near the bottom.
- Tap Delete account again to confirm.
You are signed out at once, and the app removes the copy of your results and reports kept on your phone.

If you can't use the app, email apps.revelator@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my WellVitals account". Write from the email address you sign in with, so we can confirm the account is yours. We may ask you to confirm your identity in another way if you can't.
We delete the account and confirm by email within 30 days.
Using WellVitals without an account
If you continued without an account, your data is tied only to the app on your phone, so we can't find it from an email. To delete it, open Settings, tap Create account or sign in, and sign in with Google, Apple or email, which keeps your data under that account. Then delete the account as above.
What is deleted
Everything in your account:
- Your account: your email address, your Google or Apple account ID, and your country.
- Your profile and every family member's profile: name, date of birth, sex, pregnancy and menopause status, and the categories pinned to it.
- The PDF reports you uploaded, to every profile.
- Your results, the changes and answers you gave when reviewing them, the results you entered yourself, and your notes.
- The ratings you gave processed reports.
- Your app usage: the screens you opened and buttons you tapped, kept by PostHog, our analytics provider.
All of it is deleted within 30 days of your request.
What is kept

To delete a family member's profile and its records without deleting your account, open the profile's details in the app and tap Delete profile: its PDFs are deleted at once, and the rest within 30 days.
