WellVitals
Terms of Use
Effective date: 3 November 2026
About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Revelator Apps, a sole proprietorship of Rohan Agarwal, J-301, Maxblis White House, Sector 75, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India ("we", "us"). They cover the WellVitals apps for iPhone and Android and the services behind them.
By creating an account or using WellVitals, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. If you don't agree, don't use WellVitals.
Who can use WellVitals
You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement. WellVitals is not offered in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.
The family members whose records you keep in WellVitals can be any age (see Family members), but they don't use WellVitals themselves.
Not medical advice
WellVitals helps you keep track of your lab results. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for a doctor.
- An AI model and our software read your reports. They can make mistakes or miss results, so always check results against your original report.
- "High" and "low" compare a value with the range printed on your report. They are not a diagnosis.
- Talk to a doctor before making any decision about your health, and don't delay or ignore medical advice because of something in the app.
- In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
Your account
Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
If you use WellVitals without an account, your data is tied to the app on your phone. If you sign out, delete the app or lose your phone before creating an account, you can't get your data back.
Keep your own copies of your reports. WellVitals is not a backup service, and we can't promise your data will never be lost.
Your reports and data
Your reports and results belong to you, and a family member's to them. You give us permission to store, copy and process them, including with the service providers named in our Privacy Policy, only to run WellVitals for you. This permission ends when you delete them or your account.
Only upload reports about you, or about a family member you have added under these terms, which you have the right to share, and upload each one to the profile of the person it is about. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Family members
You can add profiles for family members and keep their health records in WellVitals, up to the number of profiles the app allows. For each person you add, you promise that:
- you have their permission to add their records and manage them in WellVitals, or, for a child under 18, you are their parent or legal guardian;
- the details you give about them are accurate, as far as you know;
- you will delete their profile if they ask you to, or if you no longer have their permission or are no longer their parent or guardian.
You are responsible for the family members' records in your account, and for how you use and share them. A family member can also ask us about their data, or ask us to delete it, as our Privacy Policy explains, and we may delete a profile when they do.
Using WellVitals fairly
Don't:
- use WellVitals for anything unlawful, or to store data about other people without their permission, or about a child you aren't the parent or guardian of;
- upload anything harmful, such as malware, or files that aren't lab reports;
- copy, change, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it;
- try to get around the upload limits or ads, overload our systems, or get into accounts or data that aren't yours.
Free uploads and ads
WellVitals is free to use. A number of uploads are free; after that, each upload needs you to watch an ad first. We may change the number of free uploads or how ads work.
Ads come from third parties through Google AdMob. We don't endorse what advertisers offer, and anything you buy from them is between you and them.
If we offer a paid plan later, it will come with its own terms, shown before you pay.
Other services
WellVitals uses services from other companies, such as Google and Apple sign-in, Google AdMob, and the document scanner in Google Play services that scans a report on Android. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for them.
Our app
We own WellVitals, including its design, software, text and marker catalogue. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use, under these terms.
Changes and availability
We may change, add or remove features, and WellVitals may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. We may stop offering WellVitals; if we do, we'll tell you in advance where we can, so you can save your reports.
Ending your use
You can stop using WellVitals and delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting your account deletes every profile in it, family members' included. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, or if the law requires us to. What happens to your data then is in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
WellVitals is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that it will suit a particular purpose.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, health decisions made using WellVitals, whether for you or a family member, or loss of profit. Our total liability to you for any claim about WellVitals is limited to ₹1,000.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
If you got WellVitals from the App Store
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for WellVitals or its content.
- Apple has no duty to provide maintenance or support for WellVitals.
- If WellVitals fails to meet any warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for WellVitals.
- Apple is not responsible for any claims about WellVitals, such as product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, or consumer protection claims.
- If someone claims WellVitals infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for dealing with it.
- You confirm you are not in a country under a US government embargo, and not on a US government list of restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is decided by the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
Changes to these terms
We will post any change here with a new effective date. If a change matters to how you use WellVitals, we will tell you in the app before it applies. If you keep using WellVitals after a change applies, you agree to the new terms.
